1. Shipping 

  In Australia :

  *If your order total is over AU$200, we'll post your order to you for free by Registered Post.

  *Otherwise a cost of AU$10 will be charged. Australia post estimate a delivery time of 2-3 working days from the time your parcel arrive Post Office.

   Worldwide :

  *If your order total is over AU$200, we'll post your order to you for free by Australia Post.

  *Otherwise a cost of AU$10 will be charged. Australia post estimate a delivery time of 3-10 working days from the time your parcel arrive Post Office.

  *If you click once on the Express Mail button before check out, we'll ship your order by

  Express Courier. A extra cost of AU$40 will be charged. Australia post estimate a delivery time

  of 2-4 working days.

  Your order will be shipped once the Payment has been approved and the delivery/billing

  address has been verified.This can be subject to availability, but you will be informed within

  this period if we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason. If you have any questions

  about how your order will be delivered, just contact us.

2. Return

  We will happily refund or exchange any item returned in the same condition as it was sent

  within 28 days of delivery (please note that postage costs can't be refunded). This excludes

  earrings, for hygiene reasons, and name necklaces, because these are personalised. We will

  refund or exchange any faulty item within 28 days of delivery, including postage costs. Please

  email us to tell us that you wish to return the goods. We will then email you a returns form.

  Please fill this in, enclose it with the goods and your original receipt and send the parcel to

  (Address will be provided). Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your

  responsibility until it reaches us; we strongly recommend that you send it registered post.

3. Payment Methods

  We are using the PayPal system which accept most of the credit cards. If you don't have a

  credit card, you can directly TT transfer to our bank account or pay by cheque. Please email

  to us for further information.


4. Jewellery Maintanence

  

  If your jewellry is broken, we can usually fix it for you. Please call or email us to find out if we

  can fix it and the cost of it. After 28 days, we make a small charge for any repairs, plus

  postage cost. Payment method will be adviced.

  You can keep your precious metal jewellery shiny by certain methods.

  For real silver, you can use Silver Polishing Cloth to obtain a brilliant polish with a long lasting protection against tarnish.

  For Brass or Copper, you can dip Brasso on a cotton cloth and rub lightly on the metal surface. Put your jewellery inside box can avoid scratches and keep the metal surface in good

  condition.
